Refund and Cancellation policy Our primary focus is complete customer satisfaction. So it is always suggested to read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. SPIRENET provides prepaid services and we do not entertain any Refund/Cancellation of any amount that may have been paid by the Subscriber(s) for an Annual/Semi Annual/Quarterly/Monthly package. It means No Payment Cancellation/Refund is permitted.

Although in some cases, we are offering security refund upto 1 year. In this scenario, we credit the amount in customers bank if the request has been received within first 3 month, later on i.e upto 12 th month, we credit the amount in customers wallet which they can consume while recharging their required plans.

Any disputes in regards to payments/ refund/ cancellation of transaction(s) due to technical reasons are subject to arbitration / resolution on a case to case basis. Only in case of non- feasibility of a New Connection, refund is made by SPIRENET. The time for the refund for such cases is approximately 5 to 7 week from the date of refund confirmation by SPIRENET payment team.

Refundable security deposit against any physical assets will be entertained only on returning the particular physical asset in working condition with one month prior notice in active mode only.

In case of Billing disputes, SPIRENETsubscriber(s) are required to email us with the specific concern on support@spirenetbroadband.com. The concern will be addressed in approximately 5 to 7 weeks, in case, any dispute is identified, it will be compensated by way of a discount / credit note adjusted in the account of the subscriber(s).

PLEASE NOTE: It will be the responsibility of the customer to verify the identity of salesman/agent beforemaking any transaction. It is pertinent to mention that SPIRENET is having no cash policy. In case of any doubt regarding the salesman or price of plan, please confirm the same with our Customer Care @ 9899241640.‘SPIRENETDIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS PVT. LTD.’ will not be responsible for providing service in case of non- receipt of money at its office.
